Fluff Description

City in Ruins is a damaged/destroyed state of our standard HEXTECH product line.  Even the mightiest defenses fail, from overwhelming firepower to treachery from within.  A critical member of the city defenses being bought by an attacking force, a spy who installs malicious software that takes down the city defenses, or even a revolutionary uprising against the elite of Trinity City.

Product Details

City in Ruins takes our existing high quality STL files and gives them a ruined/damage state.  All the included files in this bundle print without supports and will give you a great finish.  We recommend adding some rubble or paste to the bottom of the bases to really help accent the ruined effect.

Bundle Upgrade Options

We understand everyone has a budget they have to work within, which is why we offer bundle upgrades to all our STL packages.  This allows you to purchase a starting STL bundle and later upgrade it as much as you want, only paying the difference between the two options.  (Ex:  You purchase this City in Ruins Level 1 Bundle to try out the files, later you decide you want to upgrade to the Level 3 City in Ruins bundle.  You can use the below mentioned upgrade link and follow the instructions listed on that product page, and we will invoice you for the difference in the price of the two bundles.  Later on you could upgrade to the Level 4 bundle in the same manner)

Digital Refund Policy and After Purchase Support

Due to the nature of digital purchases and the inability to retract the files delivered, we are unable to offer refunds in 99% of all cases where a purchase is made.  For this reason we offer a number of free sampler files that we strongly recommend you download and test before finalizing any purchases.  When in doubt, ask!  We operate a professional 3D printer farm and have the experience required to tell you if the files are suitable for your machine or not. 

After purchase support at the studio is excellent.  You can read about our commitment to it HERE.  As an overall summary if there are any problems with the files themselves please contact us and it will be investigated and fixed.  All our files are tested extensively before released, but with the ever growing number of different machines and slicers, its wise to remain vigilant to developing problems.  Steel Warrior Studios itself cannot guarantee assistance with basic machine operation or machine troubleshooting, we can only guarantee help with the files themselves.  For general troubleshooting with your 3D printer, we recommend joining our community discord where I, and many other veterans of the technology can offer assistance.
